BENTHEL ASIA SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY was founded in 2004 holding office at Peninsula Place, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City. It formally opened its doors to students in 2006 at its Basak Campus. Benthel Foundation Inc. is the majority stock holder of BAST together with a group of educators who firmly believed that: the industry urgently needs skilled graduates relevant to their line of specialty to address the need for global competitiveness; and to nurture and develop entrepreneurial skills of the students.
